Adriana De Martino

Adriana De Martino

I have been following Adry's work for the past seven years, she has evolved and changed a lot as an artist in this period, and I love every moment.

I got to know her work through a colleague who was her boyfriend then. I remember feeling enthusiastic about her representation of women's bodies, which were not conventional. Yes, just seven years ago, in fashion, we were not talking as much about inclusivity and how beautiful all body shapes are. And I thought her work was authentic and remarkable!

Then I got to know her personally and understood better the message she wanted to send through her drawings. Adry is not shy to be "unconventional", not shy to support other women in accepting their bodies, and not shy to discuss the struggle of feeling good with herself even through social media. And she is BEAUTIFUL this way!

I swear, I think she is one of the most beautiful women I know. I love how chameleonic she is, in her work and with herself. She changes her hair color and cut as I change my nail polish. She is an excellent make-up artist too and has a very sophisticated taste for clothing; she has understood and now masters how to valorize her qualities and evidence them!

Nowadays, she works with many Brands, creating, with her Illustration, pieces that are relevant to them and their identity without compromising her perspective and artistic views.

We are discussing a possible jewelry capsule collection together before the end of the year; stay tuned and subscribe to be the first to know!

The topic of the week - Her generous interpretation of my brand:

On this illustration Adry illustrates the Necklaces she was wearing during the shooting: “Here I present a stone woman, made in Amethyst and Green Agate, who despites its weight is so light that flies in the air”.
